    I brought in a platinum and gold wedding ring and a 14k gold and onyx bracelet. They both needed to re-sized and the ring was no problem. The bracelet needed another link and happened to have a unique design to it. The work the was done was incredible and now after several years my wife is very happy that I am wearing my wedding band and the bracelet that she gave me.

    Whoa hold the phone...Old time customer service here!! Had to google location - even though I shop within 100 yards on a daily basis... shows how observant I am?? My Seiko watch strap ( Miami 1982) finally lost/broke a hinge pin...The pin was replaced within 5 minutes at no charge. Thank you so much
